PAREX 121 Optimum can be used as a basecoat for Parex EIFS and other architectural coatings. It can also be an adhesive used to laminate EPS to common substrates. PAREX 121 OPTIMUM can be applied without the addition of cement and mixed onsite with water. It is bent in class workability and features an extended pot life.
Uses:
• EPS adhesive for the following substrates:
• Exterior grade gypsum sheathing
• Glass mat gypsum sheathing
• Masonry, concrete and cement board

• Parex USA WeatherSeal Spray & Roll-On and Weather Seal Trowel-On Water Resistive Barrier Coatings
• Base Coat for Parex Nu-Tech Stucco and other architectural coatings and finishes (ACF)
• Leveler and filler for masonry, concrete, stucco surfaces. For this application only, PAREX 121 OPTIMUM Base Coat & Adhesive can be built up to 1/4 in (6mm) thick in a single pass.
