Yes, Lucrum Enterprises Corporation is a PCAB Licensed Contractor which specializes in Waterproofing and Painting Works (Trade E) and is currently renewing its license to get accepted with Government Projects.

Admixtures, silicone sealants, form release agent, waterproofing products, painting materials for interior and exterior area, printing materials, common construction materials for residential like tile adhesive, tile grout, liquid waterproofing membranes, cementitious and integral waterproofing.

9. For supply of labor and application, does the company provide warranty?
All awarded projects to Lucrum Enterprises Corporation provides a full warranty depending on the support given by the product supplier and the management. These warranties are issued to build connection with all clients, gain their trust and to support our company, Lucrum Enterprises Corporation in their future projects.
10. Does your team organize inspection prior to proposal?
Prior to sending a proposal, Lucrum’s Project Coordinator together with our Engineering Team will check and validate plans/drawing forwarded to them for actual condition or measurement on site. Site inspections are conducted to make a proper assessment and a more efficient reliable proposal.
