  • Reviewing general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing and adjusting journal entries.
  • Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements.
  • Assisting with initial internal control evaluations.
  • Posting monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals.
  • Must prefer a Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Willing to travel and relocate as required.
  • Can prepare and submit progress reports and accomplishments assigned area.
  • Fulfill project requirements.
  • Strong technical, math, and science skills as they are an integral part of the construction.
  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing.
  • With excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), can carry out negotiations with customers.
  • Proven experience in sales and experience as a sales coordinator in a Construction company will be considered a plus.
  • Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders.
  • Pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
  • Load and unload freight trucks.
  • May assist in packing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Responsible for verifying incoming materials and stock materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
  • Enforce safety practices and environmental safety.
  • Assist in warehouse operations with maximum efficiency.
