- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Candidates must possess strong management and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and solid communication abilities.
- Reviewing general ledger accounts.
- Preparing and adjusting journal entries.
- Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements.
- Assisting with initial internal control evaluations.
- Posting monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals.
- Must prefer a Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Willing to travel and relocate as required.
- Can prepare and submit progress reports and accomplishments assigned area.
- Fulfill project requirements.
- Strong technical, math, and science skills as they are an integral part of the construction.
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing.
- With excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), can carry out negotiations with customers.
- Proven experience in sales and experience as a sales coordinator in a Construction company will be considered a plus.
- Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders.
- Pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
- Load and unload freight trucks.
- May assist in packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Responsible for verifying incoming materials and stock materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.
- Enforce safety practices and environmental safety.
- Assist in warehouse operations with maximum efficiency.
