Nullifire SC902

Nullifire SC902 is a one-coat, low VOC, high-build, patented intumescent coating solution. It is fast-curing, with an early weather resistance to be shower-proof within 1 hour, and is suitable for both on-site and off-site applications.

SC902 can be applied at lower temperatures and in high humidity as compared to conventional water-based fire protection. The system allows for minimal surface preparation and can be applied to imperfect / rusty areas of steel.

It provides a fast cure effective structural fire performance, for steelwork, up to a 120 minute fire rating. SC902 is designed to provide upto 120 minutes fire resistance to ‘I’ section beams, columns, hollow columns, concrete filled hollow columns, cellular beams and solid steel rods. As a fast- track coating, all 120 minute loadings are possible to apply in a single coat and weather resistant in one hour.
